Welcome to my website. I am an artist-researcher-activist interested in interspecies relations, performance, embodiment, social movements, justice, environmental governance and art-science-activism relations. In 2021 I finished my PhD: Of Mice, Monkeys, and Better Science. Nonhuman animal experimentation and its alternatives in The Netherlands (1950-2020) and started as a postdoctoral researcher at Radboud University, where I investigate the governance of accelerating the sustainable food transition, focusing on social movements, justice, and nonhuman animals through action research and arts-based methods.
